You may feel unsure about where to begin…
or find your swaras inconsistent and difficult to stabilise…
or feel stuck without clear direction in your practice.
It doesn’t have to feel this way.
Build the right foundation in swaras, rhythm, and listening—so your musical journey unfolds with clarity and confidence.
A journey that begins with aligning your Swara and stabilising your Laya, and gradually opens into listening, voice development, and guided exploration of Ragas. Within a supportive community, you grow alongside learners at a similar stage—allowing your journey to feel aligned, personal, and free from comparison. Each step is designed to build clarity, confidence, and expressive freedom—so your music evolves with depth and ease.
Naadalayam is a community-driven space built with a deeply personal intention—to offer every Hindustani music seeker a place where they feel safe, seen, and supported. A space where you can explore, make mistakes, ask questions, and grow without hesitation or judgment.
As this space evolves, it aims to bring together musicians and seekers, allowing knowledge, perspectives, and experiences to be shared in a way that keeps the tradition alive and ever-growing. I truly believe that when the right community comes together, music transforms from practice into a shared journey of expression, healing, and belonging.
My love affair with Hindustani Classical Music started at the age of 4. Later it blossomed at the feet of my Guru Ji, Padma Bushan Pt. Ajoy Chakroborthy. I’m proud to be His direct disciple and deeply connect with His vision of ‘Music for All’. Taking this art in its most grandeur form to as many people is my passion and I’m my happiest when I’m able to help anyone experience the essence of Hindustani Music.
